Through the Wellness Success Plan, SNWC will establish a customized set of health-related goals for the company and set-up a Wellness Dashboard to measure and monitor progress towards these strategic goals.  Through monthly and quarterly check-ups, the wellness program will be continually refined to keep employees engaged while developing the sustainable healthy habits.

While the numbers will confirm the program is on track, other ways to determine that the program is working will include:

  • More smiles at work on a Monday
  • Fewer people taking breaks to get afternoon pick-me ups with coffee or energy drinks
  • Fresh air as you leave the building from a decrease in employees smoking at the doorway
  • A lunch room packed with employees bonding over healthy lunches rather than eating out
